Playa Villa Pesquera is a five-minute walk (or less) from the property. You may also bike or drive there, although parking may be limited.
There is space for up to 3 cars in the gated driveway on property. Street parking is free, but you must park facing the direction of traffic to avoid getting fined. Parking is also available at the Villa Pesquera Plaza.
Certified service animals are permitted. If you must bring your pet, please write us and we will try our best to accommodate.
At this time, Mar de Sueños is not wheelchair accessible.
Both units require walking upstairs.
Please be cautious of children on the balconies.

We needed a break from NY cold spells, searched for a place to relax, sunbathe, a beach, quiet with local flair… and found something even better: A studio with all the above plus stunning views and a rental fee that goes to non profits in Puerto Rico! Then, we enjoyed our stay so much, that we returned a second time already. The spacious place with its wrap around terrace was bright, with lean modern furnishing, clean and functional. The king size bed with healthy mattress raised sleep scores ;) air condition was efficient and quiet. The studio had everything we needed plus a ping-pong table for fun. The larger apartment below the studio is equally fabulous and we would book both places without hesitation. Parking on site a plus. A short walk down the street is Villa Pescara’s local plaza with restaurant and music options enjoyed by vacationers and locals alike. And then there are the beaches to enjoy. Sunsets, swimming and walks. We did it all. We had a chance to meet and chat with the owners about the past and presence of the Foundation: Great people, great cause, great location, great stay ☀️"

"First time staying at Mar De Sueños and already planning our next visit! The house is perfectly situated in town and is walking distance to beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants. A short drive can bring you to more of Isabella's iconic beaches or into Aguadilla for more restaurants and nightlife. The house itself is super comfortable. We stayed on the second floor in the primary suite and the bed was genuinely one of the comfiest king beds I've experienced in a rental! The kitchen is updated and has everything you could need to make meals in. With a direct view of the ocean and wave break, what more could you ask for?"

"This guesthouse in this beautiful locale of Isabela is a find. Living like a local is so easy here in the best way! With the beachside plaza a stone’s throw, with exotic beaches, tidal pools, and interesting rock formations on the shore, exploring is what you do here. Grab a bike and ride the wind swept trails, while stopping for a dip and an ice-cold medalla. Going back to the guesthouse after a long day was a hilight! Remodeled kitchen, spacious bathrooms, and wrap-around balconies of the three floors of Mar de Sueños is special. For a comfortable and authentic Puerto Rican local experience come here, and what’s cool is that Mar de Sueños mission is ethical tourism."

"i had such a peaceful and restorative time at Mar De Sueños last summer! it’s created and curated by caring locals that are dedicated to preserving the authenticity of the island and specifically the town they’re in. the views of the town, the mountains and the ocean are accessible from inside the home as well as the wrap around balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors. there’s local shops and restaurants/bars just at the end of the street. the home is also well furnished and the kitchen is stocked with the things you need to make a good meal, if you choose to. as you walk to the beaches and cliffs’ edges, you may even encounter some horses! the stay at Mar De Sueños reminded me of some of my trips to the countryside in Jamaica. it was so beautiful and i can’t wait to visit again!"
