Welcome to Mar de Sueños - Puerto Rico’s first and only 100% not-for-profit guest home.
Mar de Sueños was created as a sustainable fundraising model for Fundación Gonzalo Aponte, Inc., a registered PR-1101 non-profit founded by its namesake in 1972 as a platform to give back to the communities of Puerto Rico.
Now, four generations later, FGA continues its work in supporting education, arts & culture, environmental action, and humanitarian efforts across Puerto Rico — thanks in part to the funds raised through your stays at Mar de Sueños.

Nestled in the heart of Villa Pesquera, just steps from the beach, Mar de Sueños features two thoughtfully remodeled units on the second and third floors - available for rent individually, or together.
From inside to out, each corner has been thoughtfully restored and curated by members of our family and local community, so you can truly feel the love poured in to the space.
