Fundación Gonzalo Aponte, Inc. was founded by the Aponte Family in 1972 as a platform
to give back to the communities of Puerto Rico.
Four family generations later, FGA continues to sponsor education, arts & culture, environmental action, and humanitarian efforts across the island—thanks in part to the funds raised at Mar de Sueños.

Mar de Sueños was created as a sustainable fundraising model for Fundación Gonzalo Aponte, Inc.,
so that our family’s legacy of giving may continue for generations to come.
All proceeds raised from visits, donations, and community events at Mar de Sueños contribute to a variety of charitable initiatives across Puerto Rico.
Mar de Sueños is independently owned and operated by Fundación Gonzalo Aponte, Inc.,
a registered PR-1101 non-profit organization in Puerto Rico.

Funds raised from Mar de Sueños bookings are donated as scholarships for students and
